HWTF Type Expanded Filter Material

 

The medium and alkali-free bulky filtration materials are produced using advanced manufacturing techniques. For instance, the alkali-free bulky yarn glass fiber filtration cloth is based on continuous alkali-free glass fiber cloth, and through a special process, the weft yarn is composed of alkali-free glass fiber bulky yarn. This process makes the yarn fluffy, thereby enhancing the filtration efficiency and performance of the material.

    This series of products adopts glass fiber bulky yarn fabric, with polytetrafluoroethylene and silicone oil as the main raw materials, and undergo special chemical treatment. The appearance is golden yellow, with a fluffy surface and a hard texture. It has good wear resistance, folding resistance, and hydro-phobic. In use, the product has a large amount of air permeability, is easy to remove dust, is wear-resistant, and has a good resistance to condensation. It is a dust removal material suitable for large amounts of flue gas treatment, and has excellent performance.

     This series of products belongs to an acid resistant expanded filter material, which is made of glass fiber expanded yarn grey fabric after special chemical treatment. The appearance is black, the cloth surface is fluffy, the texture is soft, and has good acid resistance, and has large air permeability and good electrical conductivity. It is mainly applicable to the flue gas filtration industry with high acidity.
