Production Process

The production process of membrane-coated filter materials primarily encompasses the following steps:
Melt Spinning: Preparing base material fibers, such as PPS fibers, through the melt spinning method.
Filter Cloth Weaving: Weaving fiber cotton into filter cloth, requiring tightness and uniformity.
Surface Treatment: Applying a coating to the filter cloth's surface to enhance its anti-contamination properties and filtration efficiency.
Membrane Coating: Evenly covering the filter cloth's surface with PTFE membrane to form the membrane-coated filter material. This step necessitates specialized coating equipment and process parameters to ensure a tight bond between the membrane and substrate.
Sewing and Inspection: Sewing the treated filter cloth into bag shapes and conducting quality inspections to ensure product performance and quality.

- Non-stick and Water-repellent: The PTFE membrane's low surface tension imparts excellent non-stick and water-repellent properties, enabling dust cakes to automatically shed, thereby ensuring long-term stability of equipment resistance.
