Material Preparation: Select high-temperature-resistant glass fiber or ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper, aluminum foil separators, stainless steel or aluminum alloy frames, and specially formulated high-temperature-resistant sealant.

Filter Media Folding: Fold the filter media 180° on both sides to form wedge-shaped pleats, pressing the filter material with two creases during bending to create a stable filtration structure.

Assembly: Place the folded filter media into the stainless steel or aluminum alloy frame and seal it using the specially formulated high-temperature-resistant sealant.

Testing: Each high-temperature resistant high-efficiency air filter undergoes rigorous testing to ensure its stable and reliable performance.
