Introduction
The ISV series line suction filter is a lightweight and robust tank-mounted suction filter, composed of an aluminum alloy housing, filter element, bypass valve, visual indicator, and electrical indicator. It is designed to be vertically installed in the pipeline outside the oil tank, without affecting pipeline layout or restricting tank dimensions.
Key features include:
Visual Indicator: When the filter element is clogged by contaminants, the red signal ring in the visual indicator window rises gradually. When it reaches the top (fully red), the element must be cleaned or replaced. After maintenance, press the reset button to lower the signal ring.
Electrical Indicator: When the vacuum at the outlet reaches -0.018MPa due to clogging, the microswitch in the electrical indicator activates, sending a signal to prompt filter element replacement.
Bypass Valve: If the machine cannot be shut down immediately for maintenance, the bypass valve automatically opens at a vacuum of -0.02MPa to prevent pump cavitation and ensure system safety.
