The PP Melt Blown Filter Element is a core product of the Water Filter Element Series. It is thermally bonded from polypropylene superfine fibers without any chemical adhesives. Fibers self‑adhere randomly to form a three‑dimensional microporous structure that integrates surface, deep‑layer and coarse filtration. Its gradient pore structure (sparse outer diameter, dense inner diameter) delivers high filtration accuracy, strong dirt‑holding capacity, low pressure drop, high efficiency and long service life, effectively removing suspended solids, fine particles, rust and other impurities in liquids.
