1. Basic Working Principle & Function

This filter is mounted on the oil suction port of hydraulic pumps. It intercepts solid contaminants in hydraulic oil to prevent impurities from entering pumps and other hydraulic components. It effectively controls oil contamination inside hydraulic circuits, elevates overall oil cleanliness and extends the service life of all hydraulic equipment.

2. Flexible Multi-position Installation Design

The filter can be installed on the side wall, top or bottom of hydraulic oil tanks. The filter head stays outside the tank while the suction cylinder submerges under the oil surface. The oil outlet supports tubular and flange connection modes. A built-in self-sealing valve eliminates extra pipeline fittings such as stop valves, simplifying pipeline layout and lowering overall installation difficulty.

3. Self-sealing Valve for Maintenance Convenience

The built-in self-sealing valve automatically shuts off the oil circuit once users unscrew the filter end cover or cleaning cap. It completely isolates tank oil to avoid liquid outflow during filter element replacement, cleaning or system overhaul. Users can also manually open this valve to drain oil out of the tank when needed.

4. Dual-protection Structure: Clogging Transmitter + Bypass Valve

Pollution transmitter: When filter clogging causes inlet pressure to reach 0.018MPa, the transmitter sends an electric alarm signal to remind operators to clean or replace the filter cartridge promptly.

Oil bypass valve: If immediate shutdown is impossible for emergency production, the bypass valve automatically opens at 0.02MPa vacuum pressure. It prevents the hydraulic pump from suction dry damage to guarantee continuous equipment operation. Operators still need to arrange downtime maintenance later.

5. Fluid Performance Advantages

The filter delivers large oil passing capacity and low flow resistance. It ensures stable oil supply to the hydraulic pump even under high-load working conditions, reducing pump energy consumption and running noise.
