Introduction

Wind power filter element is specially designed for lubricating‑oil filtration of wind turbine gearboxes, guaranteeing stable and reliable operation of wind‑power lubrication systems.

We adopt domestic & imported filter media: coated polyester non‑woven fabric (with oil‑proof, waterproof and flame‑retardant treatment), polyester long‑fiber filter paper, glass‑fiber filter material. Wide‑pleat technology delivers uniform pleat gaps for optimized filtration performance.

Thick anti‑rust steel plates are stamped to make end covers, resisting deformation. Special polyurethane foam adhesive bonds end covers and filter media tightly for seamless connection. Internal and external supporting skeletons are made of corrosion‑resistant perforated stainless‑steel plates, offering high mechanical strength to avoid filter cartridge blow‑through, bursting or collapsing.
