Filter media options: domestic & imported coated polyester non-woven fabric, oil-proof & flame-retardant polyester long fiber filter paper, glass fiber filter material. Wide pleat technology delivers even gaps and stable filtration performance, hard to deform.
Both end covers of the filter cartridge are stamped from thick anti-rust steel plates. End caps and filter media are bonded with special polyurethane foam adhesive to achieve tight, seamless connection.
Internal and external supporting protective frames adopt perforated stainless steel plates with outstanding anti-corrosion performance and strong supporting force. Effectively prevent the filter cartridge from rupture, bursting and collapsing under working pressure.
Custom sizes and specifications are available to meet diverse equipment matching requirements.
aPPLICATION
Primarily applied in the lubrication circulation system of wind turbine gearboxes, removing solid impurities from gearbox lubricating oil to reduce component wear, extend service life of gear and bearing parts.
