Filter Material

Core Filter Media: Typically, high-efficiency fibrous filter layers are employed, such as glass fiber filter paper, synthetic fibers, or polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fibers. These materials possess excellent filtration capabilities, enabling them to efficiently capture minute particles from the air.

Characteristics: Glass fiber filter paper is often chosen for its waterproof and flame-retardant properties, while synthetic fiber media are also gaining popularity. Some high-end manufacturers abroad utilize electrostatic PTFE fibers for their high-efficiency filters, which exhibit even more remarkable filtration efficiency.

Frame Material

Working Principle

Partitionless high-efficiency air filters utilize their high-performance filter media to capture and filter tiny particles in the air through various mechanisms, including interception, inertia and diffusion, electrostatic effects, chemical filtration, and gravitational effects.

As air passes through the filter, particles are intercepted by the filter media and deposited on its surface, while clean air flows out of the filter.
