HL500I Polyester Needle Punched Filter Material
This series is made from 2D polyester fibers needle-punched onto a polyester filament base fabric, followed by post-treatment processes including singeing, pressing, and shaping. The filter material features high porosity, excellent wear resistance, folding resistance, and good breathability, making it a widely used dust removal and filtration material.
HL500II Easy Cleaning Polyester Filter Material
This series is a polyester filter material processed through a special shaping and finishing treatment. Its surface is smooth and flat, which effectively reduces dust adhesion. When the dust collector performs pulse-jet cleaning, the dust is easily released, delivering excellent dust cleaning performance and significantly improving the overall dust removal and filtration efficiency.
