Material of membrane polyester filter bag:
polyester filter bag are made of 100% filament polyester fiber,after needle punched, singed/ heat set/calender/cover ePTFE membrance for the raw polyester filter felt material, then memberance polyester filter felt can be sewn into polyester filter bags.
Polyester filter felt treatment: singed, calendar, heat set PTFE membrane, W/O, anti-static treatment.
Polyester felt Advantage and basic specification: Polyester felt is cheaper than other filter felt, which is why also widely used in a lot of bag house system. Polyester bag filters Breaking Elongation is less than 20% for MD and 40% for CMD, low dry shrinkage, can work well below the 130 deg C. Employing ePTFE film polyester cloth, the filter material has low resistance, reduces the operation energy consumption of the dust remover, and improves the ability to capture extremely fine dust.
