1. Diversified Premium Filter Media

Available material options: domestic & imported membrane-coated polyester nonwoven fabric (can receive oil-proof, waterproof, flame-retardant finishing), polyester long-fiber filter paper, glass fiber media. Fabric is formed via wide pleating craft with uniform pleat spacing, optimizing dirt holding capacity and oil flow throughput.

2. Rigid Deformation-Resistant End Caps

Both top and bottom end caps are stamped from thick rust-resistant steel sheets, resisting structural distortion under system pressure swings common in wind farm operating conditions. Special polyurethane foam adhesive seals the junction between end cap and filter medium, eliminating leakage gaps.

3. Heavy-Duty Reinforced Support Skeleton

Internal and outer protective frames adopt perforated stainless steel plate with outstanding corrosion resistance. The high structural rigidity prevents three common filter failure risks: media blow-through, cartridge burst, and inward collapse caused by system differential pressure spikes.
