A: The RFA Series Direct Back Return Line Filter is a specialized filtration device for hydraulic systems. It's installed on the oil tank top (cylinder partially immersed in oil) to fine-filter return oil, removing metal particles and rubber impurities generated by component wear, ensuring clean oil flows back to the tank.

Compact & Easy Installation: Mounted directly on the oil tank cover (head exposed, cylinder immersed), with tubular/flange connections that simplify system pipelines and save space.
Enhanced System Reliability: Equipped with a filter element pollution alarm and oil bypass valve:
When the filter element is blocked (inlet pressure reaches 0.35MPa), the alarm sends a signal to prompt replacement.
If shutdown isn't feasible, the bypass valve (opens at 0.4MPa) activates to protect the filter and hydraulic system.
Convenient Maintenance: Direct return design allows filter element replacement or oil addition by uncovering the filter cover; 2 M18×1.5 oil ports on the head enable small oil volume filtration/transfer.
High-Efficiency Filtration: Uses glass fiber material, featuring high precision (absolute filtration rating: β≥3,5,10,20~100), large oil-passing capacity, low initial pressure loss, and high dirt-holding capacity (filtration efficiency ≥99% per ISO standards).
