The correct installation of bag air filters requires a series of steps and precautions to ensure their normal operation and filtration effect. Here is the detailed installation guide:

1. Preparation before installation
Read the instruction manual: Read the instruction manual of the bag air filter carefully to understand the technical parameters, installation requirements, operation precautions and other information.
Clean environment: Ensure that the working area is dust-free to avoid contaminating the new filter.
Check accessories: Check whether the filter body, filter bag, bracket (or support basket), fasteners, sealing materials and other accessories are complete to ensure that they are intact.
Select location: Select a well-ventilated, easy to maintain location, away from heat and vibration sources.
Second, installation steps
Install bracket or support basket: Depending on the device model and manufacturer's recommendation, install bracket or support basket to ensure that it is firm and not easily shaken.
Place the filter bag: Place the filter bag correctly in the support basket, pay attention to the front and back of the filter bag, and ensure that the airflow direction is correct. The ring mouth of the filter bag should be in line with the neckline of the metal net basket.
Sealing treatment: The connection parts should be sealed with sealing tape or flange to ensure that there is no leakage. For parts requiring flange connection, appropriate fasteners should be used for fixing.
Fixed filter: The bag air filter is fixed in a predetermined position to ensure stability and not easy to move.
Mark the interface: In order to facilitate disassembly, cleaning, maintenance and replacement, the interface position or number of the connecting flange or other inlet and outlet docking part of the air should be marked clearly.
Third, debugging and operation
Exhaust test: When starting for the first time, exhaust operation should be carried out until the clean air is discharged, and confirm that the filter is installed correctly and sealed well.
Observe operation: During the operation of the filter, observe its working state to ensure that there is no abnormal noise, leakage or blockage.
Record information: Records the installation date, debugging result, and subsequent maintenance for follow-up tracking and management.
4. Precautions
Avoid horizontal installation: Bag air filters are usually recommended for vertical installation to ensure optimal filtration and less resistance. In special cases, when horizontal installation is required, full consideration should be given to the direction of air flow, the length of the filter bag, and the convenience of maintenance and operation.
Regular maintenance: regularly check the pressure difference and damage of the filter bag, and replace or clean the filter bag in time to ensure the filtration effect and service life.
Training and Operation: Train operators to ensure they understand the proper operation and maintenance requirements of filters.
Following the above steps and precautions can ensure the correct installation and normal operation of the bag air filter, thus providing an effective air purification effect.
