Core Advantages

 

HL500I Standard Polyester Needle Punched Filter Material

Material & Process: Made of 2D polyester fibers needle-punched on a polyester filament base fabric, with post-treatments (singing, pressing, shaping).

Advantages: High porosity, wear resistance, folding resistance, and good breathability-ideal as a widely used dust removal material.

HL500II Easy Cleaning Polyester Filter Material

Feature: Special shaping and finishing processes create a smooth, flat surface.

Advantages: Reduces dust adhesion; dust easily falls off during dust collector back-blowing, enhancing cleaning efficiency and filtration performance.

HL500III Antistatic Polyester Filter Material

Feature: Incorporates special conductive fibers in the base fabric to prevent charge accumulation.

Advantages: Antistatic performance, suitable for flammable/explosive high-concentration dust environments (e.g., coal dust, flour dust, chemical dust).

HL500IV Water and Oil Repellent Polyester Filter Material

Feature: Treated with PTFE waterproof technology to improve hydrophobicity.

Advantages: Excellent anti-condensation performance; resists bag pasting in high-moisture flue gas treatment, extending filter bag service life.
