A:Stainless steel powder sintered filter elements are monolithically formed by mold pressing and high-temperature sintering of stainless steel powder. They feature high mechanical strength, high-temperature resistance, excellent corrosion resistance, uniform pore size distribution, good air permeability, cleanable recyclability, and weldability/machinability.

By adjusting powder particle size and process parameters, porous metal sintered filters with a wide range of filtration accuracies can be produced. These products are widely used in gas-liquid filtration and separation across catalyst recovery, chemical, pharmaceutical, beverage, food, metallurgy, petroleum, and environmental protection fermentation industries, as well as applications including dust removal, sterilization, oil mist removal, silencing, flame arresting, and gas buffering for various gases and steam.

Key Performance: Acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, high/low temperature-resistant, fireproof, and anti-static.

Compatible Environments: Nitric acid, sulfuric acid, acetic acid, oxalic acid, phosphoric acid, 5% hydrochloric acid, molten sodium, liquid hydrogen, liquid nitrogen, hydrogen sulfide, acetylene, water vapor, hydrogen, coal gas, carbon dioxide, and other corrosive or high-temperature gas/liquid media.
