The maintenance methods of G4 grade medium efficiency cotton plate filter mainly include the following aspects:

1. Regular replacement
Replacement cycle: The replacement cycle of G4 grade medium-efficiency cotton plate filters is generally 3 to 6 months, but the specific replacement time still needs to be adjusted according to factors such as the usage environment, usage frequency and air quality. If the dust concentration in the environment is relatively high or the filter is severely dusty, it may be necessary to replace it in advance.
Replacement standard: When the resistance of the filter reaches twice the initial resistance, or when the surface of the filter shows severe damage, deformation or other conditions, a new filter should be replaced in time.
Second, regular cleaning
Cleaning frequency: For washable G4 grade medium-efficiency cotton plate filters, it is recommended to clean them once every quarter. If the usage environment is relatively harsh, the cleaning frequency can be appropriately increased.
Cleaning method:
Vacuuming and cleaning: Use the soft-bristled brush head of the vacuum cleaner to gently wipe the surface of the filter to remove dust.
Water washing: Put the filter into clean water, gently rub it and rinse it repeatedly until the water is clear. Be careful not to scrub with a brush or spray with a high-pressure water gun to avoid damaging the filter.
Drying: After cleaning, the filter should be dried flat in a clean area. Avoid direct sunlight or drying to prevent affecting the performance and service life of the filter.
Iii. Correct installation
Installation direction: Ensure that the filter is installed in the correct direction, consistent with the airflow direction, to avoid air leakage or impact on the filtration effect.
Sealing performance: When installing the filter, it is necessary to ensure good sealing at the edge of the frame to prevent air leakage.
Installation location: The filter should be installed in a well-ventilated location that is convenient for maintenance and replacement.
Four. Avoid moisture and corrosion
Storage environment: The filter should be stored in a dry and well-ventilated environment to avoid moisture and corrosion.
Usage environment: During use, avoid contact with corrosive substances to prevent damage to the filter.
V. Regular Inspection and monitoring
Inspect the appearance: Regularly check the appearance of the filter. If there is any damage, deformation or other conditions, it should be replaced or repaired in time.
Monitor the pressure difference: If there are pressure difference gauges or pressure difference sensors before and after the filter, the pressure difference value should be monitored regularly. When the pressure difference value exceeds the specified range, a new filter should be replaced in time.
Vi. Other Precautions
Avoid impact: Do not strike the surface of the filter with heavy objects to prevent damage to the filter.
Dedicated for dedicated: The primary and medium-efficiency filters in each workshop should be dedicated and must not be interchanged. At the same time, they should be washed, dried and stored separately.
Timely replacement: When the initial pressure difference between the clean primary and medium-efficiency filters installed is less than the original initial pressure difference of the filter, the filter bag cannot be used any longer and should be discarded.
Through the above maintenance methods, the service life of the G4 grade medium-efficiency cotton plate filter can be prolonged, ensuring its filtration effect and providing a guarantee for indoor air quality.
