There are various models of air filters for aluminum frame systems. The following are some common types and their features:
Primary aluminum frame air filter
Model examples: G3, G4, etc.
Features: Mainly used for primary filtration in air conditioning systems, it can intercept dust particles larger than 5μm. The outer frame material is mostly aluminum alloy, and the filter material is usually non-woven fabric, featuring low resistance, large air volume and long service life.
Medium-efficiency aluminum frame air filter
Model examples: F5, F6, F7, F8, F9, etc.
Features: Suitable for central air conditioning centralized ventilation systems or as a pre-filter for high-efficiency filters. Medium-efficiency filters can capture particles of dust and various suspended substances ranging from 1 to 5μm. The outer frame material is mostly aluminum alloy or galvanized steel plate, and the filter material is mainly non-woven fabric or glass fiber.
High-efficiency aluminum frame air filter
Model examples: H10, H11, H13, H14, etc.
Features: High-efficiency filters are mainly used in clean air conditioning systems and high-cleanliness environments. The high-efficiency filters of models such as H13 and H14 have a filtration efficiency of over 99.97% and can capture fine particles ranging from 0.1 to 0.3μm. The outer frame material is usually aluminum alloy, and the filter material is superfine glass fiber paper.
Bag-type aluminum frame air filter
Model examples: HL-G3, G4, M5, M6, F7, F8, F9, etc. (Varying according to different manufacturers and series).
Features: The bag filter adopts an aluminum alloy outer frame and is equipped with filter bags inside, which can increase the filtration area and improve the filtration efficiency. The materials of filter bags are mostly synthetic fibers or microfibers, featuring high efficiency, low resistance and easy replacement.
