A: Wind power gearbox filter elements are special oil filter cartridges designed for wind turbine gearbox lubrication oil circuits. They remove metal wear particles, aging oil sludge and other contaminants in lubricating oil to stabilize the operation of wind power lubrication systems and extend the service life of gearbox bearings and gears. Custom sizes and specifications are available.

1. Optional Filter Media

Domestic & imported coated polyester non-woven fabric (can be treated for oil repellent, waterproof and flame retardant performance)

Polyester long fiber filter paper

Glass fiber filter material

Adopts wide pleat technology for uniform pleat spacing and large effective filtration area

2. Rigid End Cap Design

End caps are stamped from thick rust-proof steel plates, resistant to deformation under variable pressure working conditions

Bonded with special polyurethane foaming adhesive between end cap and filter media, achieving tight, seamless connection to prevent oil bypass leakage

3. High-Strength Inner & Outer Support Frames

Inner and outer protective frames are made of corrosion-resistant perforated stainless steel plate

Strong structural support force, effectively avoids filter cylinder damage risks such as blow-through, burst and collapse under high differential pressure

Dedicated filtration of lubricating oil for wind turbine gearboxes, ensuring stable long-term operation of wind power lubrication systems under harsh outdoor working conditions (temperature fluctuation, moisture, dust pollution).
