WU/XU Series Coarse Oil Suction Filter For Hydraulic Pump Protection

A: The WU/XU Series Oil Suction Filter is a coarse filtration component specially installed at the oil suction port of hydraulic pumps. Its core function is to intercept large mechanical impurities inside hydraulic oil, effectively protecting hydraulic pumps from particle abrasion, jamming and damage. It is widely matched with various hydraulic stations, machine tools and engineering hydraulic systems.

Compact Structure & Easy Installation: Small overall size, simple mounting operation, adaptable to limited installation space of oil tank inlet.

Large Flow Capacity & Low Flow Resistance: Designed for suction-side working condition, small pressure loss will not cause pump cavitation, guarantee stable oil supply for hydraulic system.

Dual Connection Options: Support threaded pipe connection and flange connection to fit different pipeline layout requirements.

Two Filter Element Styles: Split mesh type and line gap type are optional, both belong to coarse filtration grade to block large particulate contaminants.

Working Position: Submerged inside hydraulic oil tank, mounted directly on pump suction inlet.

Main Application: Machine tool hydraulic system, injection molding equipment, hydraulic press, small engineering machinery, metallurgical auxiliary hydraulic station and other low-pressure hydraulic loop pre-protection.

Filtration Grade: Conventional precision 80~180μm, used as primary protection before pump inlet, matched with return line pressure filters to form complete multi-stage filtration system.
