Working Principle
The air compressor oil-water separator utilizes the coalescing principle to separate oil and water, enabling the oil to float to the top and be collected by the oil collector, while the water is discharged through the piping. During this process, the pressurized condensate first undergoes pressure release in the pressure relief chamber before gravity-driven separation of oil and water takes place within the separator chamber. Following the initial separation, the oil-water mixed condensate undergoes further purification through a pre-filter and an adsorption filter, ultimately being discharged from the outlet pipe.
