Structural Features:
It typically consists of a filter housing, filter bags, a support basket, inlet and outlet piping, sealing devices, and other components.
The filter bags are generally made of materials such as stainless steel or polypropylene, which exhibit excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature tolerance.
The support basket serves to hold the filter bags in place, preventing them from deforming or rupturing.
Working Principle:
When edible oil containing impurities enters the filter, the impurities are retained by the filter bag, while the cleaned oil flows out through the bag.
As the filtration process continues, the accumulation of impurities on the filter bag gradually increases, leading to a rise in filtration resistance. At this point, the filter bag needs to be replaced or cleaned.
Application Scenarios:
It is primarily used for impurity filtration in the production of edible oils, such as soybean oil, peanut oil, rapeseed oil, and others.
It can also be utilized in other industrial fields requiring precision filtration, such as chemicals and pharmaceuticals.
