Pressure Line Oil Filter: Mounted on the pressure oil line, safeguarding downstream components and serving as the primary filter to ensure the cleanliness of the system's oil. It boasts a higher filtration accuracy, usually between 5 and 10μm, and endures significant pressure and vibration.
Return Line Oil Filter: Positioned on the return oil line, it intercepts abrasive particles and other contaminants generated by various components during operation, preventing them from recirculating into the oil tank and being re-ingested by the hydraulic pump. Its filtration accuracy is determined specifically by the required oil cleanliness level.
Circulating Filtration Filter: Utilized for continuously filtering the oil in the hydraulic system to maintain its long-term cleanliness.
Air Filter: Prevents dust, impurities, and other contaminants in the air from entering the hydraulic system.

Hydraulic system oil filters are primarily constructed from materials such as stainless steel woven mesh, sintered mesh, and iron woven mesh. The filtration materials include glass fiber filter paper, synthetic fiber filter paper, and wood pulp filter paper. The filter element's structure consists of single or multiple layers of metal mesh combined with filter media, with the specific number of layers and mesh size determined by various operating conditions and applications.
