Structure and Materials
Structure: High-temperature resistant and high-efficiency air filters still adopt a partition structure and are mainly composed of filter media, partitions, outer frames, and sealing adhesives.
Materials:
Filter Media: Made of fiberglass or ultrafine glass fiber filter paper, which has good high-temperature resistance and filtration efficiency.
Partition: Made of aluminum foil, with a rounded corrugated peak design that can protect the filter paper from damage, reduce resistance, and ensure uniform airflow.
Outer Frame: Made of stainless steel, with a unique frame design that enhances overall strength.
Sealing Adhesive: Assembled using special high-temperature resistant sealing adhesive to ensure sealing performance is not affected under high-temperature environments.
Process Characteristics
- Large Filtration Area: The filter media is folded 180° on both sides to form a wedge-shaped fold layer, which increases the filtration area and thereby improves filtration efficiency and dust holding capacity.
- High Filtration Efficiency: High-quality glass fiber filter paper has a reasonable spacing, which can reduce resistance while ensuring filtration efficiency.
- Good High-Temperature Resistance: The single-component adhesive can be used at high temperatures up to 260°C for long periods. The temperature-resistant sealing strip prevents leakage, ensuring the stability of the filter in high-temperature environments.
- Wide Applicable Temperature Range: High-temperature resistant and high-efficiency filters can withstand instantaneous temperatures up to 300°C and constant temperatures around 260°C.
