Products structure
The structure of a high-temperature resistant and high-efficiency air filter typically comprises multiple critical components that work in concert to achieve efficient air filtration and high-temperature resistance. The following are the main structural features of such filters:
Filter Media
High-Temperature Resistant Glass Fiber Filter Paper: These filters primarily employ high-temperature resistant glass fiber or ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper as their media. This type of filter paper not only withstands high temperatures but also exhibits high filtration efficiency, effectively capturing tiny particles.
Separator
Aluminum Foil Separator: Inside the filter, aluminum foil separators are commonly used. These separators are moisture-proof, temperature-resistant, and resistant to expansion and deformation, enabling them to maintain precise pleat spacing and ensure maximum filter material utilization with minimal resistance.
Frame
Stainless Steel Frame: The frames of high-temperature resistant and high-efficiency air filters are typically made of stainless steel, which is sturdy, durable, and highly corrosion-resistant. This material maintains structural integrity in harsh environments. The stainless steel frames are often hemmed for additional reinforcement, further enhancing overall strength.
Sealing Materials
High-Temperature Resistant Sealant and Gaskets: To ensure the filter's sealing performance, special high-temperature resistant sealants and gaskets are used during assembly. These sealing materials maintain stable sealing effects in high-temperature environments, preventing air leakage.
Pleat Design
Wedge-Shaped Box Pleats: The filter media is typically folded at 180° on both sides to form wedge-shaped box pleats. During the folding process, two creases are made to shape the pleats into a wedge-shaped box at the end of the separator. This design not only increases the filtration area and improves filtration efficiency but also prevents filter media damage during filtration.
Other Auxiliary Structures
Individual Laser Counting Efficiency: Some high-temperature resistant and high-efficiency air filters undergo individual laser counting efficiency tests to ensure that each filter meets the designated filtration efficiency requirements.
Closed-Cell EVA Sealing Gaskets: Some filters employ closed-cell EVA sealing gaskets for airtight sealing, preventing side leakage.
In summary, the structure of a high-temperature resistant and high-efficiency air filter is a complex and sophisticated system where various components work together to achieve efficient and stable filtration performance. This type of filter finds extensive applications in high-cleanliness environments such as aerospace, electronics, semiconductors, biopharmaceuticals, and equipment and systems requiring high-temperature air purification, including ultra-clean ovens and ultra-clean washers.
