Sub High Efficiency Air Filter

Sub-high-efficiency air filters are high-performance air purification devices primarily used to remove tiny particles from the air, such as dust, pollen, bacteria, and other contaminants. Their filtration efficiency typically falls between that of high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filters and medium-efficiency filters, effectively filtering out dust particles with diameters ranging from 1 to 5 microns.

Main Feature

● Outer Frame: Made of galvanized steel plate and plastic.

● Filter Media: Ultra-fine polypropylene filter paper and glass fiber filter paper.

● Filtration Efficiency: High-efficiency, sub-high-efficiency, and medium-efficiency.

● High Airflow Capacity: Compared to ordinary high-efficiency filters, fewer filters are required to achieve the same airflow capacity, reducing costs, installation space, and installation time.

● High Dust Holding Capacity with Dividerless Design: The filter is constructed from ultra-fine, moisture-resistant, and fire-retardant glass fiber. Thermoplastic sealing glue ensures uniform pleat spacing, allowing air to pass through with minimal resistance.

Application Area

● Widely used in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for commercial and industrial applications, such as in office buildings, conference rooms, hospitals, shopping malls, stadiums, airports, and other large-scale civil buildings. It serves as a pre-filter for ventilation and air conditioning systems in ordinary industrial workshops or centralized ventilation and air conditioning systems requiring cleanliness.
