Structural Design
The High Temperature Resistant Chemical Fiber Needle Punched Filter Material (PPS/PTFE Series) is manufactured through three-dimensional needle-punching technology. It includes two main sub-series:
PPS Series: Made of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) fiber, featuring excellent chemical stability and strength retention.
PTFE Series: Composed of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fiber, with extremely strong stability, wear resistance, and outstanding temperature resistance.
Function and Performance
This series exhibits high chemical stability and is designed for long-term use below 190℃ (PPS) and with superior temperature resistance for PTFE. The PPS series is particularly effective in flue gas environments with high sulfur content, such as coal-fired boilers, electric power, and garbage incineration.
