The Polyester Needle Punched Filter Material (HL500 Series) is manufactured by needle-punching 2D polyester fibers onto a polyester filament base fabric. It undergoes post-treatment processes including singeing, pressing, and shaping, resulting in a structurally robust material. The series is further segmented into specialized sub-series:
HL500Ⅰ Sub-Series: Features a smooth surface for reduced dust adhesion.
HL500Ⅲ Sub-Series: Incorporates special conductive fibers to prevent static charge accumulation.
HL500Ⅳ Sub-Series: Undergoes PTFE waterproof treatment for enhanced water and oil repellency.
