1. Combustion Series FeCrAl Fiber Sintered Felt

This is a long-life, eco-friendly, and energy-saving metal fiber sintered felt with outstanding high-temperature resistance, anti-deformation, non-carbon deposition, good toughness, foldability, and uniform pore size distribution.

High Porosity & Dirt Holding Capacity: Features extremely high porosity and excellent dirt-holding performance.

Wide Applications: Ideal for boiler retrofitting, gas air conditioning, glass annealing, food baking, ovens, heaters, carbon coating paper industry, and drying processes.

2. Purification Series FeCrAl Fiber Sintered Felt

As a high-performance filtration and purification material, it is widely used in chemical industries and Euro IV standard diesel vehicle exhaust emission systems.

Ni-Cr-Al Alloy Structure: The Ni-Cr-Al alloy porous body features a three-dimensional network structure.

Precise Specifications: Pore size: 0.1mm, porosity: 85%, making it a reliable choice as a monolithic catalyst carrier material.

3. High-Temperature Dust Removal Series FeCrAl Dust Filter Cartridge

A new type of filter media designed for extreme high-temperature environments, offering superior heat resistance and filtration performance.

Extreme Temperature Resistance: Maximum operating temperature up to approx. 900°C, far exceeding non-metal filter bags (≤300°C) and stainless steel filter cartridges (≤450°C).

Advanced Manufacturing: Made from FeCrAl fibers opened by a fiber opener, processed into batting via special techniques, and sintered in a German imported vacuum sintering furnace.

Deep Filtration Structure: Features a deep labyrinthine structure for excellent filtration efficiency.

Harsh Environment Applications: Used in high-temperature dust removal scenarios such as steel, power generation, and waste incineration.
