TF Series Self-sealing Oil Suction Filter With Pollution Alarm Transmitter

TF series self-sealing oil suction filter is installed at the oil suction port of hydraulic pumps. It intercepts contaminated impurities to protect pumps and other hydraulic components, effectively controlling oil pollution and improving the cleanliness of the entire hydraulic system.

1. Easy Installation & Simplified Pipeline Layout

Direct mounting on tank side, bottom or top; filter head exposed outside the tank, suction cylinder immersed under oil level.

Outlet is equipped with tubular or flange connectors, integrated with self-sealing valve inside the filter body.

Eliminates extra pipe fittings such as stop valves, greatly simplifying pipeline layout and cutting installation workload.

2. Built-in Self-sealing Valve for Convenient Maintenance

The self-sealing valve automatically closes when unscrewing the filter end cap or cleaning cover, isolating the oil circuit to prevent tank oil leakage during filter element replacement, cleaning or system overhaul.

Manually opening the self-sealing valve can also be used for draining oil from the tank.

3. Pollution Transmitter & Bypass Valve Improve System Reliability

Pollution transmitter alarm: When filter element clogging differential pressure reaches 0.018MPa, the transmitter sends out an alarm signal to remind users to clean or replace the filter cartridge timely.

Oil circuit bypass valve: If equipment cannot stop operation for maintenance, the bypass valve will automatically open at a differential pressure of 0.02MPa, preventing pump suction dry failure.

Users still need to shut down equipment to replace filter elements after triggering bypass protection, to sustain oil cleanliness and extend hydraulic system service life.
