I. Raw Material Preparation

Material Selection:

Filter Materials: High-efficiency HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filters or other types of air filters are selected, which effectively remove dust, bacteria, and other contaminants from the air.

Fan Materials: Based on the FFU's design specifications, fans with stable performance, high flow rates, high air pressure, and low noise levels are chosen, including fan blades and motors.

Housing Materials: Stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and other corrosion-resistant, aesthetically pleasing materials are used for the FFU's housing to protect internal components and prevent the ingress of dust and other contaminants.

Other Materials: Including sealing materials (such as silicone and rubber seals), control system components (sensors, controllers, actuators, etc.), and electrical wires and cables.

Material Processing: The selected raw materials undergo necessary treatments such as cleaning, drying, cutting, and shaping to ensure they meet production requirements.

II. Component Processing

Filter Fabrication: According to design specifications, filter materials are cut, folded, and encapsulated to form filters with specific filtration efficiency and structure.

Fan Fabrication: The various fan components are processed, including the manufacturing of fan blades and the assembly of motors. Performance tests are conducted to ensure the fan meets performance standards.

Housing Fabrication: Utilizing CNC punch presses, bending machines, and other equipment, the housing materials are cut, bent, and welded to form the required FFU housing.

III. Assembly

Internal Component Installation: The filters, fans, and other internal components are installed within the FFU housing, with fixation and sealing measures taken to ensure tight connections and prevent leaks.

Control System Installation: Sensors, controllers, actuators, and other control system components are mounted at appropriate locations inside or outside the FFU, and connections and debugging are performed to ensure the control system functions correctly.

Final Assembly: All parts are assembled together to form a complete FFU Fan Filter Unit.
