Product FeaturesSuitable for places where filters need to be cleaned frequently, and for pre-filtration in air filtration systems. The main components are mostly PET (polyester fiber) and PP (polypropylene fiber). The common production processes are generally hot air method and needle punching method.
Service LifeUnder rated air volume usage conditions, it can be used normally for 1-2 months before needing replacement; or when the resistance of the filter cotton reaches above 200Pa, it must be replaced. If the filter cotton is washable, the removed filter media can be rinsed with clean water or a solution containing neutral detergent, blown dry with compressed air or air-dried, and then reinstalled. It can be washed up to twice, after which a new filter cotton must be replaced. Each cleaning reduces filtration efficiency by 15%. If the dust concentration in the usage environment is high, the service life cycle will be further shortened.
