A: This filter is installed at the oil suction port of the oil pump to protect the oil pump and other hydraulic components, to avoid inhalation of contaminated impurities, effectively control hydraulic system pollution, and improve the cleanliness of the hydraulic system.

Convenient installation and connection, simplifying system pipelines:This filter can be directly installed on the side, bottom, or upper part of the oil tank. The filter head is exposed outside the oil tank, and the oil suction cylinder is immersed below the liquid level in the oil tank. The oil outlet is equipped with tubular or flange connections. The filter is equipped with self-sealing valves and other devices, which eliminates the need for installing other pipe fittings such as stop valves in the pipeline, thereby simplifying the pipeline and facilitating installation.

Self-sealing valve for easy filter element replacement and system maintenance:A self-sealing valve is provided to facilitate replacement, cleaning of filter elements, or maintenance of the system. When replacing or cleaning the filter element or maintaining the system, it is only necessary to unscrew the filter end cap and cleaning cap. At this time, the self-sealing valve will automatically close, isolating the oil path in the tank, so that the oil in the tank will not flow out, making it very convenient to clean, replace the filter element or maintain the system. If the self-sealing valve is opened, it can also be used to drain oil out of the tank.

Filter element pollution indicator and oil bypass valve for improved system reliability:Equipped with filter element pollution detector and oil bypass valve to improve the reliability of the hydraulic system. When the filter element is blocked by pollutants until the pressure at the oil outlet reaches 0.018MPa, the transmitter sends a signal and the filter element should be replaced or cleaned in a timely manner. If the machine cannot be stopped immediately or no one comes to replace the filter element at this time, the oil bypass valve located on the upper part of the filter element will automatically open, with an opening value of 0.02MPa vacuum, to avoid oil pump suction failure. But at this point, the machine should be shut down for replacement or cleaning of the filter element to maintain the cleanliness of the hydraulic system and improve its reliability.
