A: The TF Series Self Sealing Oil Suction Filter is a specialized device installed at the oil pump's suction port in hydraulic systems. It filters impurities to protect the pump and hydraulic components, featuring a self-sealing valve design that prevents oil leakage during maintenance.

Simplified Pipeline Installation

Can be mounted directly on the oil tank's side, bottom, or top (filter head exposed, suction cylinder immersed below oil level).

Equipped with tubular/flange connections and built-in self-sealing valves, eliminating the need for additional stop valves in the pipeline-simplifying layout and installation.

Convenient Maintenance (Self-Sealing Valve)

When replacing/cleaning the filter element or maintaining the system, unscrewing the end cap triggers the self-sealing valve to close, isolating the oil path and preventing tank oil leakage.

The self-sealing valve can also be manually opened to drain oil from the tank.

Enhanced System Reliability

Equipped with a filter element pollution detector and oil bypass valve:

When the filter element is blocked (oil outlet vacuum reaches 0.018MPa), the detector sends a signal to prompt replacement/cleaning.

If shutdown is not feasible, the bypass valve (opens at 0.02MPa vacuum) activates to avoid oil pump cavitation-though shutdown for filter maintenance is still recommended to preserve system cleanliness.

Efficient Filtration Performance

Large oil-passing capacity and low resistance, ensuring unobstructed oil supply while effectively removing impurities.
