- Easy Installation:
It can be directly mounted on the top, side, or bottom of the oil tank, with the filter head exposed outside the tank and the cylinder partially submerged inside, simplifying system piping and achieving a compact system layout.
The oil inlet is connected via a flange, allowing users to design and drill flange screw holes on the oil tank plate according to the dimensions provided in the diagrams.
- High Filtration Accuracy:
Equipped with a permanent magnet, it filters out ferromagnetic particles larger than 1 micron from the oil.
The filter element is often made of glass fiber, which boasts high filtration accuracy, large oil flow capacity, low initial pressure loss, and high dirt-holding capacity.
- Comprehensive Protection Mechanism:
Bypass Valve: During cold oil startup, when factors like low system oil temperature or flow pulsation cause excessive pressure differential across the filter or when the filter element becomes clogged with contaminants, the bypass valve parallel to the filter cap automatically opens (typically at 0.4MPa), protecting the filter element and ensuring normal system operation.
Check Valve: When the filter is positioned on the side or bottom of the oil tank, it prevents oil from flowing out of the tank during filter element replacement.
