- Structural Composition: The oil filter in this series primarily comprises two parts: the filter head and the filter housing (core). The filter head is crafted from aluminum alloy, boasting an elegant appearance and durability. The filter housing (core), meanwhile, employs a new process of stamping thin steel plates into a single piece and then combining them with paper or synthetic fiber filter elements to form a steel-cased filter cartridge, offering advantages like lightweight and easy replacement.
- Bypass Valve Design: A bypass valve is installed within the filter head. When the steel-cased filter cartridge becomes clogged, the oil can bypass the valve and continue flowing into the system, ensuring uninterrupted operation even in the face of filter blockage. Upon timely shutdown, users are required to replace the steel-cased filter cartridge.
- Detection Functionality: The filter head is equipped with a mounting hole for a contamination/blockage indicator, allowing users to monitor the filter's condition and promptly replace the filter cartridge to maintain optimal filtration performance.
