The RF series direct return oil return filter is an industrial product designed for precision filtration of oil return in hydraulic systems. Its primary function is to filter out contaminants such as metal particles generated by wear and tear of components, rubber impurities from seals, and other pollutants within the hydraulic system, thereby maintaining the cleanliness of the oil flowing back into the tank.

- Installation Flexibility: The RF series direct return oil return filter can be directly mounted on the oil tank cover plate or installed via piping, offering versatile installation options.
- High Reliability: The filter is equipped with a filter element contamination/blockage indicator and a bypass valve. When the filter element is clogged by contaminants or when factors like excessively low system oil temperature or flow pulsation cause the inlet oil pressure to drop below a set value (typically 0.35MPa), the indicator will signal to prompt the user to replace the filter element promptly or increase the temperature. If immediate shutdown is not feasible, the bypass valve will automatically open (at a typical opening pressure of 0.4MPa) to ensure the continuous and smooth operation of the hydraulic system.
- Efficient Filtration: The filter element is made of glass fiber, featuring high filtration accuracy, large oil flow capacity, low initial pressure loss, and high dirt-holding capacity. Its filtration precision is calibrated in terms of absolute filtration accuracy, with filtration ratio and efficiency conforming to ISO standards.
