Introduction

Oil suction pipeline hydraulic oil filter element:
Oil suction pipeline (oil tank-inlet of hydraulic pump) or directly
installing oil suction filter element in the oil tank is a necessary measure to protect the hydraulic pump, and its accuracy is generally 100 〜180/μm.
Pressure pipeline hydraulic oil filter element:
The pressure pipeline oil filter element is not only used to protect its downstream components, but also serves as the main oil filter to ensure the degree of contamination of the system oil. Through its efficient purification of the oil, it also plays a very good protection role for the hydraulic pump, with a filtering accuracy of 5-l0μm.
Hydraulic oil filter element of oil return pipeline:
During the working process of various components, various pollutants such as abrasive particles can be intercepted by setting oil filter in the oil return pipeline to prevent them from returning to the oil tank and being sucked in by the hydraulic pump again. The allowable pressure difference for the oil filter in the return pipeline is 0.3~0.5MPa depending on the pressure level. The accuracy is determined based on the requirements for oil contamination.

There are various models and specifications, and installation and replacement are convenient and fast. The initial pressure difference is small, and the cleaning cycle is long.
