Introduction
This filter is used for fine filtering of the return oil in the hydraulic system, filtering out metal particles generated by the wear of components in the hydraulic system, as well as rubber impurities in seals, and other pollutants, so as to keep the oil flowing back to the tank clean.
This filter is installed on the top of the oil tank, with the cylinder partially immersed in the oil tank, and is equipped with bypass valves, diffusers, filter element pollution blockage detectors, and other devices.
It is characterized by compact structure, convenient installation, large oil passing capacity, small pressure loss, and convenient replacement of filter elements.

Convenient installation and connection, simplifying system pipelines:
This filter is directly installed on the cover plate of the oil tank, with the filter head exposed outside the oil tank, the oil return cylinder immersed in the oil tank, and the oil inlet equipped with tubular and flange connections, thereby simplifying the system pipeline, making the system layout more compact, and making installdtion and connection more convenient.
Set filter element pollution alarm and oil bypass valve to improve the reliability of the hydraulic system:
When the filter element is blocked by pollutants, or the system fluid temperature is too low, flow pulsation, and other factors cause the oil inlet pressure to be 0.35MPa, the signaling device will send a signal indication. Replace the filter element or increase the oil temperature in a timely manner. If it is not possible to immediately shut down the machine to handle these faults, the bypass valve located at the bottom of the filter element will automatically open and operate immediately. The opening pressure of the bypass valve is 0.4MPa to protect the normal operation of the filter and hydraulic system.
The design adopts a direct return oil filter, making it very convenient to replace the filter element or add oil to the tank:
Simply unscrew the filter cover (cleaning cover) to replace the filter element or add oil to the oil tank. Two M18XL5 oil ports are provided at the filter head, which can be used to install a transmitter on either side or to return a small amount of oil in the system to the oil tank for filtering.
The filter element adopts glass fiber filter material:
It has the advantages of high filtration accuracy, large oil passing capacity, small original pressure loss, and large pollutant holding capacity.
Its filtering accuracy is calibrated with absolute filtering accuracy, and the filtering ratio is p3. 5, 10, 20>100, filtration efficiency n > 99% in accordance with ISO standards.
