introduction
The RFB series of straight-back self-sealing magnetic oil return filters are used for fine filtration of oil return in hydraulic systems, filtering out pollutants such as metal particles generated by component wear and rubber impurities from seals in the hydraulic system, to keep the oil returning to the tank clean. The filter is installed on the top of the oil tank, with the cylinder partially immersed in the oil tank. It adopts a straight oil return design, making it more convenient to replace the filter element.
Product Features
The oil return filter consists of an upper cover and a cylinder body, equipped with devices such as a bypass valve, a diffuser, a contamination indicator, and others.
- Convenient installation and connection, simplifying the system piping;
- Equipped with a filter element contamination indicator and an oil bypass valve, enhancing the reliability of the hydraulic system;
- Adopting direct oil return filtration, making it extremely convenient to replace filter elements or add oil to the tank;
- Equipped with a fluid flow diffuser located at the bottom of the oil return cylinder body;
- The filter element is made of glass fiber filtration material, featuring high filtration accuracy, large oil flow capacity, and low initial pressure loss.
