The RF series direct return oil return filter is used for fine filtration of oil return in hydraulic systems, filtering out pollutants such as metal particles generated by the wear of components in the hydraulic system and rubber impurities from seals, to keep the oil flowing back to the oil tank clean.
Product Features
- This filter can be directly installed on the cover plate of the oil tank, or it can be installed with pipes.
- This filter is equipped with a filter element contamination blockage indicator and a bypass valve, which improves the reliability of hydraulic communication. When the filter element is blocked by contaminants or the system fluid temperature is too low, and factors such as flow pulsation cause the inlet pressure to reach 0.35Mpa, the indicator will send a signal indicating that the filter element should be replaced or the temperature should be increased in a timely manner. If these obstacles cannot be immediately shut down for processing, the bypass valve located on the filter element will automatically open (with an opening pressure of 0.4Mpa).
- The filter element is made of glass fiber material, which has the advantages of high filtration precision, large oil flow capacity, low initial pressure loss, and large dirt holding capacity. Its filtration precision is calibrated by absolute filtration precision, with a filtration ratio of β3, 5, 10, 20 ≥ 200 and a filtration efficiency of n ≥ 99.5%, which meets ISO standards.
