I. Definition and Structure
The sintered mesh filter cartridge is a novel filtration material fabricated using multi-layer sintered metal mesh through special layered pressing and vacuum sintering processes. It typically consists of multiple layers of woven metal mesh, with the mesh holes of each layer interlocking to form a uniform and ideal filtration structure. This structure not only overcomes the shortcomings of ordinary metal mesh, such as low strength, poor rigidity, and unstable mesh hole shapes, but also allows for rational matching and design of the material's pore size, permeability, and strength characteristics.
II. Characteristics and Advantages
- High Strength and Rigidity: After sintering five layers of mesh, it possesses extremely high mechanical strength and pressure resistance, enabling the filter cartridge to remain stable in harsh working environments.
- High-Precision Filtration: The sintered mesh filter cartridge exhibits excellent filtration accuracy, capable of providing uniform surface filtration performance for particles ranging from 2 to 200 micrometers, ensuring effective filtration.
- Corrosion and High-Temperature Resistance: The standard materials for the filter cartridge include SUS316L and SUS304, suitable for high-temperature environments (-200°C to 600°C) and acidic or alkaline conditions, demonstrating broad applicability.
- Ease of Cleaning and Backwashing: Utilizing a surface filtration structure with excellent countercurrent cleaning effectiveness, cleaning becomes simple and convenient, allowing the filter cartridge to be reused multiple times and延长 its lifespan.
- Good Processability: It is easy to mold, process, and weld, capable of being fabricated into various forms of filtration elements such as circular, cylindrical, conical, and corrugated shapes, meeting the needs of different application scenarios.
