Fiber fineness: The fiber fineness of PP melt-blown filter cartridges is relatively small, usually less than 10 microns, and most fibers have a fineness between 1~4 microns. These ultrafine fibers rely on their own adhesion and entanglement to form a three-dimensional microporous structure in space, without the need for any binders between the fibers.

- Filtration efficiency: The pore diameter density of the filter cartridge is uniform, with a filtration efficiency of over 99%.
- Pressure and temperature resistance: The maximum pressure difference can withstand a positive pressure of 0.4 Mpa, and it performs well at a working temperature of 0.25 Mpa. At the same time, the filter cartridge can withstand online steam sterilization at 126°C for 30 minutes.
- Chemical compatibility: It has excellent chemical compatibility and is suitable for filtration of strong acids, strong bases, and organic solvents (except for chlorosulfonic acid, concentrated nitric acid, and strong oxidants).
- Dirt holding capacity and service life: Strong dirt holding capacity and long service life. The design of the filter cartridge with small inner micropores and large outer micropores increases the flow rate and dirt holding capacity, making the filter cartridge less prone to blockage and thereby extending its service life.
