    The polypropylene pleated filter cartridge is an advanced deep-pleat filter element, utilizing ultrafine polypropylene as its filtering material. Featuring an all-polypropylene construction, it incorporates a graduated pore size fiber deep-filtration technology that significantly enhances its dirt-holding capacity, preventing rapid clogging of the filter surface. With coarser pore sizes upstream and finer pore sizes downstream, the filter cartridge achieves graded particle retention, greatly extending its service life. The all-polypropylene construction offers broad chemical compatibility, making it suitable for filtering a wide range of acids, bases, and solvents.

 

● The outer shell, center rod, and end caps are made of polypropylene (PP) material, and the filter cartridge as a whole is formed using hot-melt welding technology, ensuring no contamination and no media shedding.

● Featuring a deep-filtration structure with gradually changing pore sizes from coarse on the outside to fine on the inside, it effectively removes suspended solids, particles, rust, and other impurities from flowing liquids.
