Main Feature
PP melt blown filter element is made of polypropylene superfine fibers by hot melt entanglement, without any chemical adhesive. The fibers randomly self-adhesive in space to form a three-dimensional micro-porous structure, integrating surface, deep layer, and coarse filtration. Due to the high filtration accuracy and dirt holding capacity formed by the fibers in the diameter direction of the filter element, the pressure difference is small, and the outer diameter is sparse and the inner diameter is dense, with a gradual change in pore size. With strong dirt holding capacity, it can effectively remove suspended solids, microscopic particles, rusts and other impurities, high filtration efficiency, long service life.
