The precision hydraulic oil-air separation element of compressor locomotive is a device specially designed for efficient separation of oil and air in the hydraulic system of compressor locomotive. Its main function is to separate the dissolved or suspended air, tiny bubbles and other impurities from the hydraulic oil to ensure the purity and stability of the hydraulic oil, thereby improving the performance and reliability of the compressor locomotive.
Structure and working principle
Structure:
The separation element is usually composed of a shell, a filter element, a seal and other components.
The filter element is its core component, which is made of high precision and high permeability filter material, with excellent separation effect and long service life.
How it works:
When the hydraulic oil flows through the separation element, the filter element intercepts and traps the air and tiny bubbles in it.
At the same time, the filter element can also filter out other impurities in the hydraulic oil, such as particles, moisture and so on.
The purified hydraulic oil will continue to flow back into the hydraulic system, while the separated air and impurities will be expelled or collected.
