Products description
The ISV suction line filter is primarily composed of an aluminum alloy casing, filter element, bypass valve, visual indicator, and electrical indicator. These components work together to make the filter lightweight yet sturdy, ideal for vertical installation on pipelines outside the fuel tank. This setup neither affects pipeline layout nor restricts the size of the fuel tank due to the filter.
Aluminum Alloy Casing: Provides protection while reducing the weight of the filter.
- Filter Element: The core component of the filter, responsible for removing impurities and particles from the fluid.
- Bypass Valve: Automatically opens when the filter element is clogged to a certain degree, preventing issues such as oil pump cavitation and ensuring system operation remains normal.
- Visual Indicator: Indicates the degree of filter element clogging through the rise of a red signal ring. When the red signal ring reaches its highest position, it signifies that the filter element needs to be replaced or cleaned.
- Electrical Indicator: Emits a switching signal when the filter element is clogged to a certain degree, indicating that the filter element should be cleaned or replaced.
