Products description
The DFB series high-pressure plate filter is an efficient and durable filtering equipment widely used in various hydraulic systems, especially in automatic control systems and servo systems. Below is a detailed introduction to this series of filters:
I. Role and Function
The DFB series high-pressure plate filter can be directly installed on the valve block of the system to further remove or block impurities generated by external intrusion or wear and tear during component operation. It prevents high-precision control components and actuators from premature wear or jamming due to contamination, thereby reducing failures and extending the service life of the components.
II. Working Principle
The filter is equipped with a differential pressure signaling device. When the filter element is contaminated and clogged to the point where the differential pressure between the inlet and outlet reaches 0.5 MPa, it will send a switching signal to prompt the operator to replace or clean the filter element, achieving the purpose of protecting system safety.
