     RFB Series Direct Back Self Sealing Line Return Filter

      ●The RFB series of direct-return self-sealing magnetic oil return filters are primarily used for fine filtration of hydraulic system oil returns. They filter out metal particles generated by component wear in the hydraulic system, as well as contaminants such as rubber impurities from worn seals, ensuring that the oil flowing back to the tank remains clean.

Main Feature

●This filter can be installed directly on the top, side, or bottom of the oil tank. The filter head is exposed outside the oil tank, and the cylinder,is partially immersed in the oil tank, simplifying the system pipeline and making the system layout more compact.

●Equipped with a bypass valve: During cold oil start-up, when the system fluid temperature is too low, flow pulsations, and other factors may cause excessive differential pressure across the filter, preventing the main machine from operating. Additionally, in cases where the filter element becomes clogged with contaminants, the bypass valve connected in parallel beneath the filter cover will automatically open at a differential pressure of 0.4MPa, protecting the filter element and ensuring the normal operation of the system.

●With a check valve: The filter is placed on the side and bottom of the tank, so that when replacing the filter element, the oil in the tank will not flow out.

●A liquid flow diffuser is provided, which is composed of a liquid flow diffuser and the lower part of the cylinder,enabling the return oil to flow smoothly into the oil tank, making it difficult to generate bubbles, reducing re-entry air,reducing the turbulence of deposited pollutants, and providing coarse filtration when the bypass valve is opened.

●Equipped with a combined visual indicator and electric signaling device, as well as an overflow tube and a dirt trap: As the filter element gradually becomes clogged, the level of clogging can be observed on the visual indicator, and simultaneously, an electric signal can be sent when the signaling threshold of 0.35MPa is reached. An overflow tube and a dirt trap are installed at the bottom of the filter element, allowing for easy removal along with the filter element during replacement, thereby preventing contaminants from falling back into the oil tank.

●It features easy installation, connection, and filter element replacement: The oil inlet is connected via a flange, and for the installation flange between the filter head and the oil tank, users can design and drill six flange bolt holes on the oil tank plate according to the dimensions provided in the diagram. By unscrewing the top cover of the filter, the filter element can be replaced or oil can be added to the tank.
