High-quality TF Series Self Sealing Oil Suction Filter

    This filter can be directly installed on the side, bottom, or top of the fuel tank. The filter head protrudes outside the tank, while the oil suction cylinder is immersed below the fluid level inside the tank. The outlet is equipped with both pipe and flange connections. Devices such as self-sealing valves are installed within the filter, eliminating the need for additional pipe fittings such as shut-off valves, thus simplifying the piping and facilitating installation.

    When replacing, cleaning the filter element, or performing system maintenance, simply unscrew the filter end cap or cleaning cover. At this point, the self-sealing valve automatically closes, isolating the fuel tank from the oil circuit to prevent oil leakage from the tank. This makes cleaning, replacing the filter element, or performing system maintenance extremely convenient. Additionally, by pushing open the self-sealing valve, it can be used to drain oil from the tank.

    When the filter element becomes clogged with contaminants to the point where the outlet vacuum reaches 0.018MPa, the sensor sends a signal indicating that the filter element should be replaced or cleaned promptly. If immediate shutdown or replacement is not possible, the oil circuit bypass valve located above the filter element automatically opens at a vacuum level of 0.02MPa to prevent the oil pump from experiencing suction failure. However, it is crucial to stop the system and replace or clean the filter element at this point to maintain the cleanliness and reliability of the hydraulic system.
